
How we got here
My personal story with fitness started growing up as a dancer. My passion for dance kept me moving from age 4 until I graduated high school. During my freshman year of college, I gained the classic “Freshman 15” and wasn’t happy with how I felt. I realized I needed to find a new way to move my body that I actually enjoyed. The gym intimidated me so I started with running - I lost all the weight I had gained plus more, but felt like I was still craving something else. I started taking group fitness classes and loved the results I started seeing from incorporating weights into my workouts. I finally conquered my fear of the gym and fell in love with lifting, and I haven’t looked back since!
I’m passionate about helping my clients feel empowered through fitness. I believe in a balanced and sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition. My goal is to help you strike the right balance to fit your life and personal goals. The programs I offer may be 6 weeks long, but I will help you find a sustainable way to transform your lifestyle that lasts far beyond the program you sign up for.
